Refund Policy

At Alpha Media Photography, we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality photography to all our clients. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require cancellations or rescheduling. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and other relevant procedures.

1. Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of [Insert Percentage] to secure the date. This deposit guarantees that we reserve your date and turn down other potential clients. Therefore, once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

2. Cancellations by the Client

3. Cancellations by Alpha Media Photography

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or personal emergency), we will offer the following options:
    • Full Refund: A full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
    • Rescheduling: If the client agrees, we will reschedule the shoot for a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to our availability.

4. Rescheduling

  • Client-Initiated Rescheduling: If the client requests to reschedule the event, they must do so at least [Insert Time Period, e.g., 14 days] before the event. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, but availability is not guaranteed. The non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the new date, but no refund will be provided if the client cannot reschedule within a reasonable time frame.

5. Delivery of Services and Client Satisfaction

  • Revisions: We offer one round of minor edits or revisions to the delivered images as part of our service. Any requests for significant additional editing may incur extra charges.

6. Force Majeure

If the event or photoshoot is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events), both parties will work together to reschedule the photoshoot. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding the deposit.
